County-Wide Housing and Workforce Study

The lack of workforce housing is a major factor affecting the employee base in Polk County.  Additionally, the lack of senior housing options directly relates to the lack of housing for younger households.

The resource links below are the results of an extensive county-wide Housing and Workforce Study conducted 9/19 – 2/20. The results will assist local communities engage with government officials, builders, lenders and homeowners to establish programs, initiatives and investment in our local housing.
